How to Join White Mountain CrossFit Concord NH
In order to become a member at White Mountain CrossFit, we require that you either call or e mail us to schedule a time to sit down with a coach, so that we may learn a bit about you (i.e: athletic background, goals, ect.). We will also use this time to put you through our baseline workout, which all members perform on their first day. Following that day, you have two ways of joining our gym:
If you are an experienced CrossFitter. You will be required to show an understanding of the fundamental movements we use in the gym, as well as show that you can perform these movements correctly during a workout.
If you are new to CrossFit, you may enroll in our introduction to CrossFit program. In this program, we teach you our fundamental movements, proper technique, and our model of nutrition. This program is highly recommended to people new to CrossFit, as well as CrossFitters who are looking to brush up on their basic skills.

Unlimited workouts every month, as well as a discount on personal training ($150/mo.)
3x a week
Three classes a week ($125/mo.)
$75/session unless otherwise stated.
White Mountain Strength
We are pleased to introduce our newest venture, White Mountain Strength. This program encompassed our S&C programs for contact sport athletes, as well as custom consultation and program designs. The base cost of a White Mountain Strength membership is $120/mo. Cost may change depending on the amount of time spent on Consultation and program design.
