Q: Who is Crossfit for?
A: Crossfit is for anyone looking to improve their current fitness level. It doesn’t matter what your age, experience or current fitness level, Crossfit is for you.

Q: Is Crossfit only for the very fit or elite athletes?
A: No, we have a very different attitude at our gym. Our first focus is that you move well. Our trainers will coach you, not yell at you to move faster or try and get you to do something that you’re not capable of doing. This approach applies to any level of athlete.

Q: What are the fees?
A: We offer two different membership packages.

  • A three classes per week membership is $125 per month.
  • An unlimited membership is $150 per month.

A: We are located at 1 Ripley St. in Concord NH. See our home page for a map with directions.

Q: How do I get started?
A: The first step is contact us. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page or call us at 603-224-7203. We will talk with you about your fitness goals, concerns and explain how our “On Ramp” program works. The “On Ramp” program is a six class introductory program that introduces you to Crossfit, the types of workouts that we do, the types of lifting that we do, nutrition etc… This is meant to help you feel comfortable with stepping into a normal class and getting started.

“Rest assured this will be the most difficult part for many of you. Not the work that lies ahead, but motivating yourself to contact us, and come in for the first time. Not everyone takes to what we do right away. I will tell you that on my first day in a CrossFit facility, after working out by myself for over a year, I was nervous, out of shape, and uncertain I really wanted to be there. Then the coach said “3-2-1 go!”, and suddenly none of that mattered. At the end of the day I was tired, beat up and wanted nothing more than to go home and fall down from exhaustion, but I also knew I had to come back, that this was unlike anything I had done before. So I kept coming back, and it changed my life.”
