Strength:

  • EMOM 10 Minutes
  • 3 of the following complex:
  • 1 pwr Clean + 1 FrontSquat + 1 Full Clean
  • Add weight twice throughout 10 minutes

Metcon:

  • 3 Rounds
  • 30 DB snatches 50/35
  • 20 Box Jumps 24”/20”
  • 10 DB hang full cleans 
  • (If done under 9 minutes complete a 4th round)

At Home

Warm-up:

  • 6 Minutes
  • 3 Inch Worms
  • 5 Burpees
  • 7 Air Squats
  • 9 Bow and Bends

Mobility:

  • 2:00 Couch Stretch each side
  • 1:00 Calves each side

Metcon:

  • 400m Run
  • 30 Sit-ups
