Strength/Skill:

  • Front Squat

  • Adjust weight from last week or add 5-20 lbs if you got it right.

Metcon:

  • 3 – 4 minute rounds
  • 1 Lap Farmers Carry (50’s/35’s)
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 40 Double Unders
  • Remainder of time Max Man-makers 50’s/35’s
  • (Scale weight appropriately there is no rest between rounds)

At Home

Warm-up:

  • 10 Scorpions
  • 10 Iron Crosses
  • 10 Cossack Squats

Mobility:

  • 2:00 Lizard Stretch each side
  • 2:00 Preacher Stretch

Metcon:

  • 10 Rounds
  • 5 V-ups
  • 5 Knee Jumps
  • 5 HSPU’s
