  • (Goal is a focus on core bracing, weight shouldn’t exceed that ability)

  • 3 KB SDHP 53/35
  • 6 Goblet Squats 53/35
  • 9 Shoulder Touches (L+R=1)
  • *Pick up where you left off

At Home

Warm-up:

  • :30 High Knees
  • :30 Lunge & Twists
  • :30 Hamstring Scoops

Mobility:

  • K-Star Super Squat Warm-up
