Mobility:

  • We will be spending an extended time with Mobility today.

Metcon:

  • AMRAP 15 minutes
  • 10 Power Snatches 115/75
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 75’ Plate Push 45/35

At Home

Warm-up:

  • 400m run

Mobility:

  • 10 minutes of work on areas that are sore or are normally problem areas for you

Metcon:

  • 1.5 mile run
  • This should be a Time Trial, maximum effort
