At Home

Warm up:

  • 400m-ish run

Mobility

  • 2 Minute Couch Stretch each side
  • DB or KB Shoulders
  • -Windmills
  • -Arm Bars
  • -Circles clockwise & Counterclockwise

Strength:

  • Accumulate 5 minutes of an odd object overhead hold. (with active shoulders)
