Mobility:

  • Low lunge elbow to ground then reach over
  • 1:00 Pigeon each side

Metcon:

  • AMRAP 13 min
  • 5 knee jumps 
  • 5 dive bomber push ups 
  • 5 opposite side v-ups 


Labor Day
