  • Lunge & Twist
  • Walking Figure 4

Mobility:

  • 1:00 Deep Lunge each side
  • :30 Thread the Needle each side

Metcon 1:

  • Death by: 10m
  • Measure 10m then add a rep each time
  • Minute 1 – run 10m rest
  • Minute 2 – run 10m, run 10m back rest
  • Minute 3 – 10m – 10m – 10m rest
  • Continue until you can’t get the work done in 1 minute

Metcon 2:

  • Death by: Push-up

Metcon 3:

  • Death by: Air Squat

  • *Rest as needed between Workouts
