  • 10 Squat Jacks
  • 5 Pull-up to Down dogs
  • 5 Lunges with elbow to instep
  • 10 Reverse Snow Angles

Strength:

  • Single Leg Glute Bridges
  • 3×10 per leg (add weight if you want)

Metcon:

  • 5 Rounds
  • 10 OHS
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 KB Swings
