Strength:

  • Tabata Backpack Squats
  • Fill a backpack with as much (or as little) weight as you can then:
  • :20 work :10 Rest x 8 rounds

Metcon:

  • Run 15 Minutes from your house (Scale to walk when needed)
  • Rest 2-5 minutes
  • Run home in under 15 minutes
  • Score is distance (or time from rest to home if you don’t know how far you ran!)
