If you haven’t seen (or tried) the new “ROMWOD” program and area we have created you should check it out! It provides 12-45+ minute mobility sessions that you can target any area or movement you want. White Mountain is providing this to all members without charge, so stop in before your class or stay after its done and check it out. In fact feel free to stop in a 2nd time in the same day to get your ROMWOD mobility on. (3xweek members, coming in to ROMWOD doesn’t count as a visit.
