We will have modified class times on July 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th

Coaches will be asking each class about plans and availability

We will try and meet everyones needs, a complete listing of hours will be posted in the gym and on Social media as well as our website on Sunday the 30th.

As of right now we do know there will not be a teens class July 4th or 7th.

 

Strength:

  • Back Squat
  • 3×5 (70%ish)

 

Accessory Strength:

  • Front Leg Elevated Bulgarian Split Squats
  • 3×10 per leg

 

Metcon : 

  • Run 800m
  • Lunge 300’ with Plate
  • Run 400m with your plate
