Starting Tuesday January 8th we will be offering an additional class from 2:30-4:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This will be a Barbell Strength based class for intermediate/advanced members. It is open to 3/week and unlimited members but will count as a class if 3/week. This will not affect the regular 3:00 class. If you have any questions see Ian or Brad.

  • P1 Bike for :15 Seconds P2,P3,P4 Rest
  • P2 Bike for :15 Seconds P1,P3,P4 Rest
  • P3 Bike for :15 Seconds P1,P2,P4 Rest
  • P4 Bike for :15 Seconds P1,P2,P3 Rest
  • Each person will ride for :15 seconds each turn (Transition is not included)
  • *Score is team total Calories divided by number on team

  • 10:00 – Open Gym

  • 12:00 – 2:00 – Open Gym
