  • White Mountain Healthy Challenge: We will have a small wrap-up and final discussion Tommorrow, Saturday at 08:00am at the gym. Jess will be present to answer any final nutrition questions.

 

  • Veterans Day Hours: Monday 07:00-10:00 & 04:00 – 07:00 – This will be open gym format but there will be a “Workout of the Day” option.

  • 5 Sets of 7 Rounds
  • A round is:
  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Push Press
  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Push Press
    • You may not drop the bar between rounds but you may rest as needed between sets.
    • Score is weight you complete a full round
    • ** Not part of the “Bear Complex” but do to class structure you will have 30 minutes to work.
