“Panda Stretch”


This week starts our “Pre-Crossfit Open cycle”. What is the Crossfit Open you ask? It is many things. It’s the first phase of the competitive Crossfit season. It’s a community event within the gym that brings us all together. It’s a great way to see how you have progressed year to year. It is also an opportunity to see how you compare to people of similar demographics all over the world.

Over the next several weeks we will be working on the progression of movements that have historically been found in past open workouts.

We will have more information about the “Open” and how you can participate in the next few days. We look forward to a terrific 2018 season and watching all of you excel.
