  • Partner Workout for Time:
  • 50 – Full Cleans 155/105 (alternating reps)
  • 30 – Synchronized Burpees
  • 10 – 1 Muscle Ups+2 Dips (Alternating)
  • (scale is 20 pull-ups and 20 dips alternating)
