New Programming Cycle

Happy Fall everyone, starting this week we begin our new workout cycle. Last cycle’s focus on some structural support areas had great results, nice work!

This time through you will see a focus on two specific concepts. The first of which is single arm and single leg strength. We will apply this through a few different movements but you will be improving your cross-core strength as part of it. Secondly we will be working on Strength and Technique improvement of each lift that is found within the day’s conditioning. By doing this we hope to develop higher quality of movement that will, over time, create better speed and strength. It’s a great way to head into fall and we are glad you all are coming along for the ride…
