  • Warm up for 5 minutes
  • On Go you will have 7 minutes to establish a 1 RM Snatch

 

Conditioning:

  • 15 Power Snatches 95/65
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 4 Minute Rest
  • 8 min AMRAP
  • 3 Deadlifts 225/155
  • 6 Burpees over the Bar
  • 9 Devil Lunges

  • Max Unbroken Pull-ups
