Conditioning:

  • Minute 2  5 Pull-up / 7 Push-ups / 9 Air Squats
    • Rest 2 minutes
  • EMOM 8 minutes
  • Minute 1 18/14 calories on the rower
  • Minute 2   5 Pull-up / 7 Push-ups / 9 Air Squats
