  • Work to a Heavy Triple
  • 3×3 @ 80% of that weight

 

Conditioning: AMRAP 15 minutes

  • 2 Sets of the Bear Complex 135/95
  • 20 Russian KB Swings (70/53)
  • 10 V-ups

  • 25 Calories on the Skierg for time
