 The Healthy Challenge 2015

1. Sign-ups are underway, sign-up on the sheet by the computer. The more that join the better the prizes will be.

2. Starting Wednesday you can catch one of us to establish your baseline Body Composition numbers or schedule a time to do so. Jody specifically will be available Wednesday before the 8 AM and 9 AM classes also between 10 and 11. (she will be available other times if these don’t line up well for you)

3. The nutritional seminar you can attend to receive the bonus 5 points will be held by Jen on January the 14th at 7:15 PM and January 17th at 11:15, you may attend either one. Please bring nutritional questions you would like answered.

  • Front rack / Wrist work

 

Strength:

  • Back Squat @ 85% of your 1RM
  • 2×5
  • Front Squat @ 60% 1RM
  • 1×10

 

Conditioning: Fight gone bad style (5 Rounds)

  • Box Jumps 24/20
  • KB Swings 53/35
  • Push Press 115/65
  • Rest

 

Weekly Challenge:

  • Max Hand Release Push-ups / 90 sec.
